HElp me please help me - I want to make marslady's lemon drizzle cake BUT

I don't know what gas mark to cook it on

AND

What sort of tray do i cook it in? I've got a little roasting tin or cake tins

hellpppp i bought lemons specially

Weeellll I would but I must iron uniforms which will keep my hands busy and hopefully burn off the calories I have over indulged in today.

It's my birthday this week and I'll be making myself this as a birthday cake though (and not sharing it though obv!)

I went round to a semi-stranger's house this w/e. They dished up a lemon drizzle cake -- delicious. All I could think was, 'I wonder if this is THE lemon drizzle.'

oooh just thought, we should ALL bake a lemon drizzle cake for kbear's birthday

obv most of us wil live too far away for KBear to eat it, so will have to eat it ourselves, but the thought will be there
