inspire me - what's on your menu plan for this week?

need ideas, to get out plan together, i've got most stuff in the freezer/cupboard but just need ideas, something differnt would be nice.

what did you have last week?

lol. ooh now you've asked

mon - erm pork casserole I think
tues - pizza (cos I was here there and everywhere)
weds - spag bolg (I think)
thurs erm - can't rememeber
fri - fish
sat (I went out DH had beens/sausage J had a\ jar)
yesterday cottage pie couldn't be arsed to do a roast.

ooh could do stir fly for tonight - DH would have to do that thou cos i'm crap at them! lol.

erm porka dn red ppeer noodles is the most intersting
kdis are havign pasticcio( after greek holiday frenzy)

Right - good plan getting DH to cook - least he could do after being a twunt

Stuffed chicken - chicken breast stuffed with cheese, baked in the oven in water to keep it moist. We have ours with roasties and veg

Roast as you didnt have one yesterday

Just made a lamb cawl stew thing and cottage pie for the fridge for my working days.
Will be pork chops and jacket pots, veg and pepper sauce tonight.

that's what we had actually on thurs it was chicken stew/dump;lings. v tasty! J loved it! lol.

jacket spuds also might well have to go on for anotehr day actually.

Beef stroganoff and rice tonight. Chicken and veg casserole tomorrow. Sausages and mash on Wed. Haven't thought any further than that yet

oh and stuffed tomatoes with giant portobello mushrooms baked with parmesan and basil

lol ding dong - yes DH is a carb o holic! lol. i've tried getting him onto sweet potato but no such luck! lol.

tues - pork chop/ h/m chips least they're home made! lol.
weds - fish (not sure of the variation)
thurs - beef/ale pie
fri - pasta bake
sat - h/m pizza and wedges
sun roast chick.

We dont eat fish in this house so that doesnt help.

mon: Thai salmon parcels (in freezer already)
tues: spegetti & meatballs
wed: spicy pasta with chicken & feta
thurs: pasta carbonarra
fri: Duck, with roast pots & green beans

goodness, now I look that's heavy on the pasta this week......

but dont you find it hard to shift JARM?
