Anyone got any firm favourites popular with the whole family?

I already do a pork and parsnip in cider and a beef goulash which everyone likes. I'm not a mad fan of red wine sauces although prepared to be convinced....

We made Delia's http://www.deliaonline.com/home/Print-Recipe.html?PID=2383&ampCID=458 Moroccan Baked Chicken with Chickpeas recently and it's now a regular. Dead tasty, relatively simple, and is all made and served out of one big dish.
