Buy feta cheese and olive oil.
Get some old jam jars.
cut feta in to 'box' shapes, about the size of a match box.

sprinkle herbs liberally on the work top and press the feta in to the herbs so you end up with coated chunks.
Put coated chunks in jam jars and cover with olive oil.

Give to MIL for Xmas
