Comfort food whats your fav???

Mines a slow cooked chicken casserole or chips covered in Loads of salt 7 vinegar.

Deserts would be Apple pie or warm chocolate fudge cake.

Pizza - especially with pineapple and sweetcorn as part of the topping. Oh, and goes down well with a bottle of champagne

A big freshly popped bowl of salty popcorn.
A bag of cashews.
Sweet and sour chicken and boiled rice from the local Chinese takeaway!
Fat slice of New York cheesecake pref strawberry
Equally fat slice of chocolate fudge cake (but there are no more Entemmans cakes !!!!! )

Not a healthy food to be seen when comfort is needed!

Oh why did this have to at the top of Active Conversations? Today I made a batch of flapjacks and I've eaten them all to myself this evening. I feel disgusted with myself and sick but they were yummy!

This is gonna be yucky to many of you but it is an old russian peasant dish, which is my ancestry. It is onions,softened with peppercorns in butter and boiled with milk and plaice added!! I then mash it all with a fork and eat it from a big bowl.YYYYYYYUUUUMMMMEEEE!!!

Heinz tomato soup with white toast.
Cheesy mash with veggies mixed in.
Cheese and tomato toastie (if someone else cleans up for me!!)
Chips with too much salt and vinegar, so the wrapping goes soggy!!
