we are having roast chicken.

i have made a chicken pie for tea with homemade pastry (am in shock at myself )

nowt, it's too hot to eat. Can't face food.

Probably a ham, salad, mayo, seasoned sandwich on seeded batch bread

coffee.

pot noodle, cheese and pickle sandwich and crisps

God I don't know but is it nearly time yet? I am starving and had apricots and cheesy oatcakes about half an hour ago.

Waiting for veggie box to arrive and then we shall see - otherwise I shall have to concoct something with spinach, eggs, new pots and unripe strawberries from the garden. Yum

Don't think I've got much apart from cheese and bread, but DH is just back after 10 days away so might go out for lunch if I'm lucky.

I had a Goodmummy fit this morning and shoved a chicken in the oven to roast, and now I can smell it so we are having it for lunch. I have started this thread in the hope of gleaning some ideas for tea tonight, as the chicken was going to be for tea, but it's too hot to have the oven on in the afternoon.

Tuna salad, banana, apple, tangerine, 2 plums and and a wedge of water melon.

Chicken pilaf

ham salad sandwich and a packet of cheesy quavers

Chicken breast, lettuce, toms, cucumber, artichoke hearts, sweetcorn, russian salad

crunchie ice cream

waitrose greek salad sandwich
peaches or apricots
coffee
yum

I don't have lunch on a Tuesday.

Oatcakes and hunious and sd tomatoes.

Followed by strawberries and cream.
Peach.

Cup hot water.

Scrap the sarnie - I just had a mint and choc cornetto - yumtastic!

Salmon sandwich on wholemeal bread (made with a left over salmon fillet from last night - did mine and ds1's sandwich for school) and a bag of crisps. Ds1 had a cheese sandwich, pear, apple and grapes and blagged half my bag of crisps.

That was ds2 blagging my crisps - ds1 is at school, obviously.
