Ive been naughty and shoved some chicken and chips in the oven Xmas Blush
Trying to empty my freezer but its just not happening!

Don't know about lovely but we had spag bol for the second night in a row made with soya mince and chocolate money for pudding Grin

I made a pumpkin dal which turned out to be more of a soup so we had cheese biscuits and fruit afterwards.

Haha chocolate money I've not had that for years we've still got xmas puds and cakes and alsorts its annoying me just looking at it! I love a nice spag bol, never had soya mince tho! Are you vegetarian or vegan?

DP and DD3 had chicken korma rice and nan bread, DD's 1+2 and me had chicken madras rice and nan bread.

Roasted parsnips, carrots, peppers, courgettes, red,onions, garlic. Toads of herbs. Chuck in some cherry toms, tinned toms and butter beans towards the end. And spinach right at the end. Having it with grilled pork loin.

Carbonara: bacon bits needed eating, half a courgette, double cream, garlic and 1/2 bag of Aldi own pasta. Added egg yolk at the end. Yummy and took less than 12 minutes now have clogged arteries from all the double cream Grin

Well we had it at lunch time but it was chicken kebabs, new potatoes and veggies followed by clear up Christmas pudding which was mince pies for DS and a few chocolates for DD and me.

Totally skint so 2 of the dcs had packet noodles. Youngest had beans on toast and Dp and I had chips and gravy.
Other dc is staying with her Dad tonight. He's Kurdish and is an amazing cook so she'll have had a nice dinner.

Macaroni cheese. I had a massive pasta craving after being with the in laws for a couple of weeks who only eat traditional English food. Curry tomorrow I think!

Leftover cauliflower pakoras, then mushrooms baked with garlic and smoked Wensleydale. All yummy but I'm still hungry.

Baked cod in a creamy sauce with peas and new potatoes. DC1 had chicken with the same veg and Brussels , DC2 had gluten free pizza and potato waffles .

A sort of ratatouille (courgettes, peppers, onions, tomatoes). Decanted that into an oven dish and baked eggs in wells in the sauce. Forgot to mention, DH won't countenance a meat free dinner so there were lumps of.chorizo mixed up inside. With a side salad and bread. Grin
