Can anyone share their vegetarian/pescetarian meal plan?

I'm out of ideas, bored to death of cooking the same things all the time.

DS (11mo) eats anything you put in front of him Grin, but DD (3y2m) is quite picky; she's got much better these past six months but she'll still only touch certain vegetables, for example.

Does anyone have a weekly meal plan they could share?

TIA

IKWYM though our eldest DD after 1yr, used to eat salami, and olives oh and a little pasta she was tiny and I worried about her (I made her vitamin smoothies Smile) but she's fine, a healthy 32 yr old and a veggie! Our other 2 were okay anyway.

Salmon fish fingers ftw Grin

milk, do you have a quick recipe/method for salmon fish fingers? I'm sure it's obvious enough but would be interested to see what works for you...Thanks!

I made puff pastry with veggies on top. Made the mistake of thinking one block wouldn't be enough so I made one with veggies and prawns and another with mushroom and cheese = too much food! Well, that's tomorrow's lunch sorted I guess Grin Not much success with DD but she did try and ended up eating a little of it. DS munched it away as usual.

Not sure if this is still in your convos but a massive thank you to all of you ladies.
Don't mean to be soppy Grin but it's quite remarkable how our meals have changed just with these ideas. Even DH who never ever complained about a meal and would happily eat rocks mentioned it (and thanked you as well!) Smile

Gauchita, I started blogging my meal plan, so DH didn't have any excuse as to what we were eating or where to find the recipe Grin - hope that gives some ideas!

My DC sound exactly the same as yours, DD2(16m) is a human dustbin (like DH), but DD1(3.10), who used to eat everything has got much pickier over the last year. I'm trying to ignore it as much as possible, as I don't want to limit what I give DD2 too much, and often if she doesn't like what's on offer, then she gets peanut butter on toast!

Thanks Bessie26. I'll definitely have a look at that (the more ideas the merrier Grin)
