I am going to be LAZY. I am knackered. Leeks and garlic in olive oil with some prawns, stirred into rice with coriander pesto out of a jar. I adore coriander pesto out of a jar.

I don't know why I am eating that but it's what I fancy. Was going to have peas but have gone for beans instead.

Evening Ladies.
This is my first post!
I'm having cheese and ham toasties.

Spidermama · 02/02/2006 20:03

I tried to make gnocci for the first time yesterday with potatoes and butternut squash from the Gate Vegetarian Cookbook. It was a spectacular failure.

Does anyone remember Rhia from Butterflies? That was me last night.

I served it and after one mouthful I knew it was inedible and I pretended not to care. The kids were nice about it and really tried several times to have a couple of mouthfuls - but that made it even worse.

moondog · 02/02/2006 20:04

Evening and wecome gazbag!
Haha spider,I am ancient enough to remember Rhea.
She was great.

Tomatoey beef casserole.

MI have you tried the Sacla wild rocket pesto?

I adore it. I stir a blob into cottage cheese too (am dieting and have to find ways to make cottage cheese exciting).
