Be it weird or ordinary what is you favourite sandwich filling?

I love a cheddar cheese and salad one me.

A little bit boring I know!

Cheshire cheese, thin tomato slices and bit of black pepper - on wholemeal bread.
Fried egg, possibly with bread fried, too.
Egg mayo (not too much mayo) with thin slices of pickled walnut.
Supermarket (can't remember which one) chicken tikka with mint dressing
Smoked salmon with fromage frais.

And from the snack bar by Woodside, their black pudding, sausage and mushroom toastie with brown sauce on brown bread. it's about 700 miles away, but worked over the road for 3 months.
