I?ve gone and bought a whole load of clementine-type citrus fruit which are virtually impossible to peel. I bought loads and I can?t face peeling even one more. They are quite sharp and my toddler has decided he doesn?t like them either. 
Is there a way I can use them without having to peel them?
I also have a pile of rather sharp minneolas (which I can peel!) - any ideas for making them more palatable?
