How to cook clementine type citrus?

I?ve gone and bought a whole load of clementine-type citrus fruit which are virtually impossible to peel. I bought loads and I can?t face peeling even one more. They are quite sharp and my toddler has decided he doesn?t like them either. Hmm

Is there a way I can use them without having to peel them?

I also have a pile of rather sharp minneolas (which I can peel!) - any ideas for making them more palatable?

Sadly we're nut-free as DS has a suspected nut allergy (and he bf's so I have to be nut-free). :(

But it does look delicious
