Have bought some king prawns and fish sticks to have with rice and salad, and the yummy sweet chilli sauce.
Any other ideas are greatly received.
Thanks

Good with poached eggs...

googietheegg · 05/11/2011 17:36

Lovely with prawn crackers and a glass of cava too.
Or use it in a chicken and veg stir fry.

spudmasher · 05/11/2011 17:42

Tip out a pot of cream cheese. Pour the sweet chilli sauce over the top and chopped coriander on top of the sauce. Eat it with crackers or oatcakes. Nom nom nom.

King prawns or chicken strips dipped in egg, flour and then panko breadcrumbs are tasty and go well dipped in the sauce. You can also add a little sweet chilli sauce to mayonnaise and a little ketchup to pep up marie rose sauce.

seeker · 05/11/2011 18:44

Practically anything.

Apart from chocolate cake, obviously.

VivaLeBeaver · 05/11/2011 18:44

Where can you get panko breadcrumbs from? I've looked in tesco and wait rose and found them.

VivaLeBeaver · 05/11/2011 18:44

Not found them even.

seeker · 05/11/2011 18:45

But I can recommend the cream cheese idea. In fact I'm going to make it now.

BertieBotts · 05/11/2011 18:47

Potato wedges

Anything in breadcrumbs (chicken/fish mainly)

Onion bhajis/samosas/poppadoms

TBH I am struggling to think of much more :( I bought a bottle as I love the stuff but I'm struggling to think of things it goes with! I can't eat cheese which I suspect doesn't help.

MartyrStewart · 05/11/2011 18:48

Bacon sandwiches. And sausages.

BertieBotts · 05/11/2011 18:49

Oooh sausages how did I not think of that one??

nancerama · 05/11/2011 18:49

Use it as a dip for lumps of cheese. One of my favourite snacks.

AnnoyingOrange · 05/11/2011 18:57

thai fishcakes

spring rolls

Not living in the UK at the moment, so don't know for sure, but I would imagine a larger branch of Tesco/Sains/Waitrose would surely have them? Sometimes you'll find it in the 'ethnic aisle!' I have the Kikkoman brand, which is a white box. I know Waitrose have a Cooks Ingredients section - do they not have a version in that range? Failing that, get down to an Asian grocer - especially if they stock Japanese stuff who will most certainly have them.

GeeinItLaldy · 05/11/2011 19:03

On a tuna sandwich.

DizzyCow63 · 05/11/2011 19:05

Potato wedges, top with sour cream then pour over the sweet chilli sauce Grin

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 05/11/2011 19:07

Yes, yes to the cream cheese dip thing - bloomin' lovely.

Nice with spring rolls, Thai potato cakes, that sort of thing. Also great with sweetcorn fritters.

VivaLeBeaver · 05/11/2011 19:31

We've got an Asian grocer in town so will try there, thanks.

Monty27 · 05/11/2011 20:50

Lovely with cold leftover roast chicken in a sandwich.
I have it with everything.

ArthurMcAffertyhastwocats · 05/11/2011 21:03

We had chicken gyoza for lunch with sweet chilli sauce. I buy large bottles from the Chinese supermarket as we get through loads
