How long will these Christmas goodies last?!

I'm trying to do a totally home-made christmas this year but don't want to be stressing myself out two days before Christmas. I'm planning on making white chocolate and cranberry fudge, marinated olives, spicy nuts and honey and cinnamon butter.

I just wondered how long all these sorts of things would last? I'm guessing I could freeze the butter once its made, but not sure about the rest.

If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

Many thanks.

Well, the fudge will also freeze brilliantly, and thaws very quickly.

The marinated olives should hold well and even improve over several days. Also the nuts should be fine if stored in an airtight container over a few days.

Everything sounds delicious by the way! Smile

Thank you! Will get cracking with the fudge and butter to bung in the freezer.
