I've had spring greens recently. I treat it as spinach, basically.

And I blame global warming for the whole season confusion thing.

there are spring greens in the supermarket at moment - UK grown.

oh god there's another veg that's on the tip of my tongue and i can't think what it is!! I think it begins with C... .... um....
