would you use this white chocolate?

i was going to make some blondies this week (am having lots of fun with the hummingbird book i borrowed), i found some good quality white chocolate in my cupboard which has a best before of december 2010, do you think its OK to use as i'll be melting it and cooking it? seems such a waste...

That's not that old!! Look at it - if it looks ok the worst will probably be a bit of bloom which you may not even see on white choc!! It certainly wont do anyone any mischief. Enjoy!
