Posh macaroons anyone?

Ok, I've just come back from visiting Switzerland and have set myself the challenge of making some Luxemburgerli for NYE. Hopefully they will come out like http://www.spruengli.ch/luxemburgerli.php these

Has anyone any hints, tips or recipes? I think I may be overtaxing myself here but I'd like to have a go.

I made some Hugh Fernley-thingummy's chocolate macaroons on Monday. They are dead easy. I didn't do all the piping and fillings etc though. Not big on presentation. They were all gobbled up pretty sharpish. Let me find recipe...
