DD1 and DS have fairly ordinary tastes - I would say DD1s fav is probably meatballs and DS is sausages.

DD2 (20 months) on the other hand devours olives and loves sushi!

grecko is three and a half

my other two are really really fussy eaters

BUT gecko loves curry, chilli con carne and blue cheese on toast along with lots of others things
infact she hasn't tasted offal but nearly everything else and she isn;t keen on pineapple, bread or chewy sweets!

I think she is my reward for having two hideously fussy eaters Grin

all my three LOVE parmesan cheese on their spag bol which incidentally is the only 'real' meal they will all eat.

I can't stand parmesan but their dad loved it

DaisySteiner · 22/10/2010 20:06

DS2 loves pickled chillis.

SoMuchToBats · 22/10/2010 20:07

Mine also likes parmesan on his pasta, although he is generally not fussed on cheese.

He loves any vegetables except cauliflower. Loves cabbage, carrots, courgettes, green beans, runner beans, broad beans, peppers, peas, mushrooms, spinach, leeks, sprouts, parsnips, swede.....

I called my3 year old daughter's bluff yesterday. She was pointing at the SR flour saying she wanted to eat it. I had a posh friend round too. I explained that you don't eat it like that etc. She went on and on so in the end, I handed her the packet, rolling my eyes to friend.

10 minutes later we found her sat on sofa eating it Blush

DD doen't particularly like parmesan on pasta. She likes it in chunks instead of a biscuit as a snack

Kitcat83 - do you mean sauce rouille? dd will eat it on a spoon.

She would eat artichokes, spicy crab cakes, anything from the chinese, jalfrezi, hot liver salad with lardons whether rabbit or chicken liver.

BUT she is now 13 and for the most part will now only eat pizza, microwavable burgers, ditto chips, basically all sorts of shit, avoids the fruit bowl as if it's the plague and will only salad if it's 95% dressing. Just like all her friends - so much for the French being lovers of fine food.

Hopefully, she'll change back again.

Wonderful lists everyone, now if restaurants would only take note and stop offering those ghastly 'children's menus' and have child sized portions of proper food instead!

DS loves pickled artichokes. We had the antipasti platter at Carluccios and offered him some mozzarella and that stewed aubergine stuff but no, he wanted the artichokes.
He also really likes soup at the moment. He was the only one at nursery to eat leek and potato soup, then asked for "pink soup" (beetroot and apple) when he got home.
