Toy Story. I was 7 when it was released and remember it looking nothing like I'd ever seen before. I still love it 31 years on and all the subsequent films.

I could definitely watch The Lion King over and over too.

And on the other end of the film spectrum, Kill Bill vol 1 and vol 2.
