Day off. Currently sat watching serendipity, must be 20 years old now I’m guessing. I really loved the Annie Lennox song- waiting in vein. Another - city of angels, that made me cry. What’s your favourite cheesy/ romantic movie you like too watch alone?

Somewhere in Time

The Philadelphia Story I have watched it so many times.if I didn’t have a house full of people I would put it on now.

Other older ones I like are Bringing Up Baby and How to steal a Million.

LOVE it. Tend to forget about it for a while, but then it always turns up on TV again and I drop everything to watch it and to adore it once again.

Got the TV to myself and watched After We Fell a few nights ago. Really enjoyed it.

Bridget Jone films

Agree with Bells re Serendipity. It used to be one of my favourite films when I was young but the two main characters really screw over decent people who deserved better because they were too busy playing silly buggers with each other. So selfish!

My secret watches are St Elmo's fire (also problematic but omg Andrew McCarthy was hot) and Notting Hill

Oh I love One Fine Day, it seemed to be on repeat a lot on sky years ago. I really love Working Girl, extremely cheesy and very 80s, but I just love it the end when he’s making her sandwiches and putting them in that little tin box.
