Burning Blue on Prime, made me sob the other night.

The Notebook. Watched it about 15 years ago and have never cried so much over another film since.

Shadowlands is an absolute howler! The brilliant Anthony Hopkins and Debra Winger are the stars. She is also heartbreaking in Terms of Endearment too. Shirley Maclaine as the mother is ace, as usual and Jack Nicholson too, though their storyline provides some much-needed light relief

Manchester by the Sea - Casey Affleck is amazing in it. Watched it for a second time recently and cried again.

A star is born

Eight below made me cry quite a lot and I thought that would be the most I would cry at a film
Then I watched Hachi
I cried so much the cat hid under the sofa and I had swollen eyes

Call me by your name.
(Weirdly this is my comfort film but I still cry every time)

Who will love my children?

Jack and sarah always gets me

I like Cyrano de Bergerac with Gerard Depardieu. The bit at the end when she finds out that Cyrano was the poet she'd been in love with just as he's about to die makes me cry. Sorry, big spoilers there!
