I'm sure Lisa Gerrard - Sacrifice was in Gladiator but it doesn't appear in the track listing I have seen. Surely it was though.

A blast from the past here, but 'Bright Eyes' from Watership Down was lovely.

mathanxiety has reminded me in a roundabout way of the song playing in Knocked Up when Seth Rogen is packing up the removal van. Can't remember what it's called but it's by Bright Eyes. I bought the Bright Eyes album on the strength of that song.
