The quokkas seem to have identified the correct patient, at least. Not sure their preferred method of moving @Boiledbeetle around is either practical or dignified, though.

That definitely more like what actually happens 😁. I notice how AI has put the quokkas in Aussie paramedic uniform!

I will admit when PTS works it's great, especially as these days due to their abusive male driver in a car back in 2023 they now have to follow the special instructions on my file and always send two women (and I don't think they'd dare send a pretending to be a woman man) and an ambulance. I'm actually impressed with how many female paramedics they employ!

They get everywhere! Did they enjoy the pottery session?

😂 They are rather limiting!! However they are very useful when the cat expects you to have one hand outside of the duvet to stroke/cuddle her highness through the night. Saves my fingers freezing off!

I'd use my fingerless ones but

A) the cat doesn't like the feel of them on her fur

And

B) I feel like I'm wearing a hedgehog (waves to @Bannedontherun ) on my hands!

I've been outside building a snow gerbil, a snow pig and a snow capybara 😁 I've just popped in because the gerbils are now having a snowball fight and their aim is fiendish!

Another superhot hot chocolate bar gerbil with all the trimmings and a side of pigs in blankets, thank you.

I'm going out again as soon as I've defrosted, sorry about the puddle....!...pool. I probably looked like a block of ice with eyes.

I've promised Colin a snow dachshund and we think the ice on the pond is thick enough to skate on. There's also talk of sledging on Peak Woo 😃

Took me fifteen minutes to get from the car park. Those gerbils are vicious with a snowball!

In better health news, I've just had a phone call. There's been a cancellation, would I like to go in this Friday for the bodywork repair I've been waiting two years for?

Ooh that is good news! Give yourself an hour of trying in any of the places you think you may have stored the supplies, then maybe admit defeat and go rebuy. Of course that is dependant on wether you're looking for a bag containing a new nightie and slippers and the travel size bottles of shower gel or a commode and zimmer frame!

We've just finished a snow hedgehog! Used icicles for the spikes. Colin was very pleased with the snow dachshund. Very pleased. It's the yellow one.

We're using the tortoise shells as sledges, they go bloody fast. Which, thinking about it, is not what you'd expect from tortoises.

Tribbles make excellent handwarmers. Twenty minutes in a hot oven, they really hold the heat. It also stops them multiplying in your pockets and they make a nice hot snack.

Great news Cher - though in circs like this I always say that it would be even better if none of this was happening at all!
