I was raised that LGBTQ was no different then being straight. People are people. I still believe that. However this is pretty sick and I would think illegal somehow. If it's not illegal it should be.

I'm not an academic or an HCP, so genuinely may have the wrong end of the stick here. When it come to submitting an article to an academic journal, it has to be sent out for review before being approved, doesn't it? Wouldn't the review process include asking about ethics?

As someone else has mentioned, there are examples in early human societies or more isolated tribes etc of grandmothers being wetnurses, as well as other female members of the tribe. I see nothing wrong with that. E.g. if the baby's mother dies or is sick. But a man, grandfather or not, getting a baby to suck his nipples. That is only one thing.

It used to be fairly common for women to breastfeed other women's babies. It still happened in the UK amongst some communities up till the 1980s. HIV and education campaigns about the risks more or less stopped this practice.
You could reasonably argue that a mother was never supposed to sit for hours and hours cluster feeding a baby. Other women would have helped out.

@oakleaffy yes, but some people on this thread were saying that grandmothers/no-one should be feeding someone else's baby, and the point is that this does happen in certain places and under certain circumstances, and is a totally different thing from what this man is doing here.
