Amazed they didn't ask for my pronouns too. I am getting sick of this constant virtue signalling.

I liked the colours, bought afew pairs a few years ago but the fit was too straight for my liking. I can't be bothered with the virtue signalling either so now don't shop there.

Try Better tights. I had to check twice that they are not the same company, as their products are the same sizes, quality etc. They do different designs though and I love them.

Placemarking for any alternative tights recommendations. I used to buy from Snag when they focused on selling tights for women which avoided the whole McHammer crotch or rolling down over your belly at random factor - usually in plain colours to wear, like many women do, as normal tights.

Then the colours got zanier - and we suddenly were greeted with a million drag queens sporting crotchless care bears vomiting rainbows type shit - and they've either lost their way completely, or they've just decided that they don't actually give much of a shit about the tights market.

I don’t want to receive ideology-based marketing that I don’t agree with no so I wouldn’t buy from them.

I love wearing Snag tights. They’re colourful and comfortable. I’m a member of a group where we show off our outfits and tights. I’m fine with men wearing them, they’re good warm tights.
There is a man who makes long emotional posts about his mental health along with photos of him wearing the tights. But always with shots right into the crotch from underneath, fetish shoes and boots, stockings, upskirt photos etc.
He is hugely praised for his bravery and feted in the comments. I feel like he’s laughing at us. I’m not brave enough to comment, they would attack me. But I’m not comfortable with him bringing his fetish to the group.

I think this is the problem, the tights are great, anyone who wants to should wear them however they want. Adults should be able to privately share their sexuality and fetishes with other consenting adults.
However the fetishes should not be shared with anyone who doesn't consent. This has been a major rule of most fet events/clubs historically and should not be changed in order to celebrate certain people.

I am sure there are 4 million other groups you could join to share your outfits and tights where you are not exposed (poor choice of words..sorry) to men getting off on sharing their fetishes.

It's such a shame that tights which really celebrated the diversity of female shapes have effectively edged out a huge chunk of women who just want to wear comfortable, good looking tights.

I wear snag leggings...they're fab. I ordered more this week. Whilst showing a patient an article regarding pregnancy after a loss the adverts from Snag popped up slap bang in the middle,showing kinda big women ( I'm not skinny for sure) wearing crotchless fishnets and skimpy lingerie. Hmmmm not required. I'm not generally the embarrassed type but hey...this made me cringe!!!!

I used to do a big order of their Halloween print tights for DD every year. I vaguely remember them sending begging emails at the start of the covid lockdowns, desperate for people to buy their tights so they didn’t go out of business. I figured I might as well since it had been a while since I’d last ordered. Went on the website and the porn shots were so off putting that I’ve not ordered anything since and have stopped following them on insta etc.

I get coloured tights and chub rub shorts from Popsy. Not a fan of their polyester print dresses (and since they’re style is somewhat “middle aged frump”, I can’t imagine the it does a lot for the fetish crowd either, which is a plus) but their tights are much better fit and quality than snag, and better colours too. I’m still on the lookout for some decent skull prints or goth/Halloween themed tights for DD though.

There have been some beautiful shots of bigger women in ballet tights. Some of their shots are so, so good. The rest seems to aim at a sort of soft porn or just straightforward fetish look.

You see, a few years ago THIS is what Snag did best. All women are beautiful, all female bodies are feminine and desirable. Snag tights fit all women's bodies. That was their USP. That is what got them the regular and loyal customer base.

Now they sell tights that fit, celebrate men. Which says what about those beautifully feminine bodies they used to fete?

You may have guessed. I am no longer a loyal customer and have told them why!
