I found my UV pen the other day and need to start using it again along with a sharpie. I marked a few notes a couple of years back. I wonder where they ended up. Back when we used cash more, some businesses used to promote their stuff by placing coin-sized stickers on all the pound coins they handled.

I'd guess one of the main remaining uses for coins is parking and slot machines. And loos....I'd probably be pissed off if any messaging on them, no matter how worthy, prevented them from working.
