This is the most horrendous report of years of a man known to be violent towards women constantly let off as his victims didn't merit police time.
If you aren't the right race or class it seems still determines if the police will protect you.
The women's bodies were only found after the violent man was reported missing and police searched his flat. But they never searched when the women where reported missing.
Or the young girl some years before who was not protected or believed. And if she had been he would not have been out in the community to inflict violence and death on two other women.
