I created this for my husband for Fathers Day and thought it might help some of you ladies feeling low right now. It does get better - I promise. x

I spent 3 months in a mother and baby unit, so I know where you're coming from.

Wonderful that you've come through it and well done to your DH, and mine, for looking after us through those awful dark days.
