How do you stop emotionally over eating? When I get pissed off, depressed and fed up, I use it as an excuse to indulge myself in too much of the wrong kind of food and then feel even more depressed, fed up etc. It is such a vile vicious circle and I know a common one. So how do you beat it? I am sitting here with a sore stomach from overeating a very unhealthy takeaway feeling like shit about myself.
