Anyone think this might work for occasional anxiety attacks,such as going out of my comfort zone.

Worth a try, definitely.

If it's a one off attack then a few drops on your tongue is probably better, if it's a general anxious feeling surrounding the situation, then put a few drops in a bottle of water and sip throughout the day. It doesn't matter if you finish the bottle or not.

It helps me with panic feelings and feeling very overwhelmed. I take the tablets/pastilles as and when

Some people swear by it - but I've used the "drops on your tongue" one, and not really felt the benefit. Will try it in water though and see if that helps.

Thanks will give it a try. Cant be any worse than doseing up on kaoline and morphine to get me through.
