Very moving... I was / am very similar - anxiety, can't sleep, have to get out of bed, manically doing stuff all day!

Ha ve been following marians story since the papers first covered her depression at the end of last year. Wonderfully written although a bit too close for comfort. Am going to show to my family to help them understand. I really hope her current improvement continues x
