Does it take away all your nervous energy? If you get that, like when you are in a place that usually triggers panic (for me its anywhere with people ) I am always "on the edge" face burns, im moving aound messing with my hair, scratching my face and arms etc i feel really uncomfortable and its quite noticable to others which makes me feel worse...but the propanolol stops it going any further which has really helped me. However im wondering if i need a higher dose, is it supposed to take away that nervous energy too or is that something i have to work on?

Thanks
