has anyone here ever been to visting or as a patient to CEFN COED PHYSC HOSPITAL?

am having nightmares about this place from when i had PND on my son and nearly ended up there but 3 years on im having nightmares (i ve got a 7week old and have posted here earlier) i keep waking up sweating and thinking i ve been sectioned to there.

Not ever heard of this one, but I was an in-patient at our local psychiatric unit for a while.

They really are not all that bad. The facilities aren't fantastic, but my experience was that the staff were caring lovely people who wanted to help you.

You have probably built it up in your mind to something which is isn't?

Sorry you are having awful nightmares about it. You need to really talk to someone in RL about it. Do you have a CPN? They would probably be able to tell you what it's like in there and reassure you a bit.

You have a 7 week old - congratulations! This is also a very stressful time when the exhaustion kicks in, so be kind to yourself right now x

no i dont hav cpn i think im at the stage of looking for things to worry about! i do feel exhausted at the mo! lack of sleep and caring for my mum and my own 2 children! plus DP might be made redundant in july so im stressed like hell!!
