Moodscope - nifty website to track your moods

Hi everyone, I'm new to the mental health board having just been diagnosed with PMDD (extreme PMT with depression in days leading up to period) and prescribed Citalopram. A friend recommended it to me as my moods are so tied in to my menstrual cycle. You answer the same 20 questions every day (much quicker than it sounds!) or however often you want to do it, and you get a ?score? at the end and a graph showing the changes day-to-day. When you?ve got 3 days worth of results I think you get some sort of analysis of the changing pattern (I?ve only done 2 days so far).

So it works in that way, allowing you to monitor your own mood, but you can also ?invite buddies?, so 2 or more of you can keep an eye on and support each other. As I say, I?ve only just started it, but it seems like a really simple and effective way to keep a track of yourself. Once you?ve logged in it only takes a couple of minutes to do the ?test?.

Might be worth a try

Just noticed all the ??? - I was at work and sneakily typed my OP in word and pasted it in so it wasn't so obvious I wasn't working! Obviously the apostrophes don't translate - weird!
