Can I actually refuse to talk to the CPN from the crisis team?

They are coming out once or twice a day at the moment. She is due today at 4! really don't want to talk to her at all, not even one word. I wish everyone would just leave me alone in my own head!!!!

you don't have to talk to her, ask her to do some relaxation excercises with you instead

thing is, you need the support from trained professionals.... which can feel intrusive, but it is with your best interests at heart

well she came, I cried lots and actually talked quite a lot too. and then had to go and lie down for an hour as it was so exausting.

She was asking me today about wether I would talk to someone if my thoughts of hurting mydself continued. I said I would but I thats when I start worrying about being taken in.

meemoo, all they want is to know that you will get help if you need it They don't want to take you anywhere. But they do want to keep you safe.

i remember that feeling of being utterly wrung out and shattered from the effort of articulating things.. the constant turmoil makes you tired too
