Sertaline and is this normal?

I started yesterday on 1/2 a tablet (25mg) and have to do this for a week then take a full tablet.

It feels as if I have taken off in a rocket or drunk 28 cups of strong coffee. I am now in a sort of stupor but racing inside.
Body is l i k e t h i s mindislikethis.
What the hell is happening? This is terrifying.

I've phoned the CPN but she is not in and am on the verge of freaking out. I feel a million times worse than when I did not take medication.
Sorry if this does not make sense but am off my face.

i felt like this for the first 5 days or so when i started taking it, i remember feeling really spaced out, it settled down after a few days tho, but if it doesn't settle down i would go back and see your GP. hope you feel better soon x
