Hello

I am having issues with depression and anxiety and as I have 2 children 2 and under it is hard for me to be able to go to a therapist. I would like to find out about an online therapist and wonder if anyone has had experience?

thank you

Sorry I have no experience of this but I'm sure if you google you will find someone. Are you absolutely sure you can't get to a counsellor just for 1 hour a week which is the usual time committment. Have you anyone who can care for your LOs for a short time every week.

mood gym
or
living life to the full

These are great if you have quite mild symptoms, or the problem is quite straightforward.

However, there is no substitute for seeing someone face-to-face IMO.
