Anyone had CAT therapy?

I have been offered it by NHS for 24 weeks. The guy seemed really nice and wondered if anyone had experience of it?

Am on my 4th session tomorrow of a 20 week course. Not getting it yet but time will tell. I tend to think that anything is worth a try and especially if it is on the NHS.
