i have had acute clinical depression now for 2yrs,tried every ad under the sun,nothing works ,i am now completely desperate and wondered if anyone had tried ECT,ive heard good and bad things but am wondering if its worth trying

yes but its usually used as alast resort.But im feeling that desperate

i have no experience of it i'm afraid. in fact, you probably know more about it than i do!

what else have you tried?

just ads and tranquilisers,im in spain and theres no counselling here,

i think that counselling is something i would definitely try before ect... is there no way you can get any?
