do i report drug dealing dad?

hi, im new, im so confused.i dont trust s.s my ex has custody of my 8 yr ol son,with a care order. i have p.r . my boy visits weekends n hols. he went back at 7pm and was calling me at 8pm. he wants 2 live wiv me again but is scared his dad will be mad. he is scared police will bust them. i promisid i would protect him and make him feel safe. Now i feel so guilty that i cannot just go and get him. do i tell s.s? They have told me they would not object if i asked court to reveiw cutody. he been with dad for three yrs now.

You need to go to a solicitor, preferably the one who has helped you before if any good. Be honest with them about what's going on and they can tell you whether you're likely to get custody and if so help you apply for it.

If you want a lot of responses mental health is probably not the best place to put this under. Try somewhere under 'being a parent'.

If your son is living with his Dad and hes a drug dealer surely you dont need to ask what you should do?

speak to the police, to the solicitor and do somethng about it today
