It's not about them being cross - you are not a little child and they will not give up on you. You know you shouldn't have taken yourself of the meds and now you're feeling suicidal so please go back to your team and tell them what you've done. You have to for your own sake.

It is even possible that the suicidal thoughts are a side effect of stopping certain meds too quickly.

If you stopped cold turkey it will have prob made the lowness even lower (iyswim)

No-one will be cross. I think most patients have blips.

they are very used to people coming off their meds, don't worry about it they will have seen it all before. Best to get yourself well though, take the pills for now and worry about coming off them later. x

Elicpise so do you struggle to know what to take and when and how? Do you know your pharmacist can help you put meds in a labelled box so you can just take your morning, afternoon, evening pills without worrying what and when? May be embarrasing at first but if it helps not to feel suicidal it may be worth it!
