Forgotten how to laugh. Is it just me?

I used to be a right giggler, and now I find I'm a little bit of everything that has knocked the giggles out of me.
I watch some comedy programmes and even they rarely get more that a subdued 'ha' out of me. I think that I'm really boring now.

Boo Hiss.

I really want to learn to laugh again as I remember my childhood being full of silly giggles shared with my parents, and feel like I'm letting the side down as my DS (3.5) rarely laughs. I'm just always far too serious and can't seem to lighten up.

Is it just me or anyone else become more serious / dull / severe / call it what you will?

And secondly, is is possible to learn how to laugh again?

Hi Little sparrow. Poor you. Are you exhausted? It is hard to feel happy and giggly when you are totally knackered.
I certainly lost the ability to laugh when I had my PND, but thankfully I am better now.
Do you have support looking after your 3.4DS, do you get an evening out with your friends every once in a while?

No it's normally working 10hr shifts, studying for exams and looking after DS. So yes, probably am exhausted. I seem to have lost contact with friends since children.
