Have been prescribed Zispin and wondered if anyone has tried this and would be willing to share their experience of this.

Sorry never heard of it - hadn't seen this thread as HH says they move pretty fast on here (and today has been a little 'quiter' in terms of number of people posting.

sorry HN, I didn't post cos I don't know anything about ads. Sorry.

Welcome to MN

holynight · 21/06/2005 18:21

Thanks everyone,am feeling slightly paranoid at the moment, did'nt mean to offend anyone.
Thanks charleepeters for the link.
I am suffering from anxiety and depression at the moment and the HV and GP think I need these ads to help me through it.
Had read they can cause sedation which with 2 children under 4 is a bit worrying as I feel tired most days without the ads so don't want to be walking around like a zombie everyday.
Will keep bumping this maybe someone out there may have had some experience with these.
Thanks again for your replys. xxx

hi HN
i was on zispin for depression and anxiety.
They did sedate me a bit so I used to take them at 9pm and then i would sleep till my ds woke up. They did also make me feel a little calmer in terms of the anxiety. I only came off them because they were not helping suicidal thoughts etc that i was having so was changed to another tab. Give them about 2-3 wks to get into your system hun and as i say take them of a night rather than a day.

holynight · 21/06/2005 18:31

Thanks Nemo1977
Did you find you still felt drowsy in the morning?
Am concerned that these will make me feel so laid back,as my motivation is non existent at the moment as it is.
