when you justwant to go to sleep and never wake up cos you've just had enough and you are totally at the end of your tether but you know that to die means that people who depend upon you will suffer?

Samaritans can't really help can they? And GP just refers me and then you wait for ages for next appointment, then eventually appt come through and you're high as a kite and happy as larry and they say they'll make you another appt and then you wait months more and by then you're down again and still no appt....sick of living this way. sick of it.
