hi all,
when i am upset about something i want to focus on something else.
because i know that being upset wont help anything, i know i cant do anything about it, etc.
i need to be able to do that, because feeling like that killing my motivations for everything, like my mind froze at something.
i have many things to do, so i would love to just forget about it.
i am talking generally, not about a specific event.
so maybe it means i am getting down and dont know how to manage further.
how do you do that?
i would be very happy for your advices on this.thanks in advance.
