i personally haven't but, know of two other girlfriends of mine that have. two totally different problems. one the mom wasn't a good mom, she used to be my best friend, and the other just didn't have the money to fight the battle in court.

Trixie1 · 11/06/2005 20:15

Missy, have you lost them or you think you will lose them?

Changed4Now · 11/06/2005 23:24

misssixt56 - yes. I did and if you are/have lost them i send you all my love. There is always hope ds is now with me full time again.

I had funding to fight for custody but I still lost.. wasnt cos i was a bad mother although that was ss view when proceedings started. Had PND and by the time final court case ds been with his dad for some time so although equally good parents felt he shouldnt be unsettled.

Are you gettign any support at the moment? Are you able to discuss it at all?
