Feeling anxious. should I see my GP?

Hello, I have not posted here before.

I have been having terrible bouts of anxiety for various reasons. Can a GP help? I am also wondered if I tried to speak about it I would start crying ( and not stop...)

Yes, it might be a good idea to speak to your GP......Nothing wrong with crying, it can help to get stuff out.

Hi cathcat,

It can often help just to speak to someone! Going to see my GP was probably one of the best thing I done, and I cried....alot!

Have you been suffering for a while and to what extent??? If you are finding it harder to cope def go see your GP!
