title says it all really. last time we moved I was a new mummy (really new) and I had a severe case of PND within minutes of arriving here.
am getting so anxious about the impending move - mainly things about the children settling at new school, what if the children there are all so settled mine are left out? what if they get bullied? Normally these are things I'd take in my stride but I think I've hit a wall this week!
was trying to explain to OH how I feel but he is soooo laid back about it all he doesn't quite understand that I am really scared.
Is there anything I can do to stop being so daft ?
My eldest is really grown up about it all and can't wait to move - she's looking forward to having twice as many friends as she has now bless her! I wish I had her positive outlook, maybe it will rub off

Sorry to hear you are worried - they DO say that moving house is one of the most stressful life events so I think even the most positive thinkers probably get a bit wobbly about it!

The good news is the rest of your family sound really happy about it, so try to concentrate on the positive bits.

I am in a similar position so I totally understand - we have just put our place on the market and I am already majorly stressed, we haven't even got an offer yet and still I haven't slept properly for the past couple of weeks!

Sorry, I'm probably not helping much . Dose up on Rescue Remedy and think positive thoughts xx
