Hi all.
This week, I'm going back to full time work after several yrs at home (I have a 4 yr old and a 6 mth old). I'm quite prone to stress and anxiety, and am feeling quite nervous about the whole thing.
Does anyone have any tips on how to keep my cool and not get too wound up by life's stresses and strains?
I was thinking about meditation, but have no idea where to start and just won't have time to do a regular class...
