has anyone on here have bipolar? how do you know if you have it? how is it diagnosed? what meds do you have to have?

hello there, i spent hour and half with pysciatrist yesterday and i am starting lithum for bipolar.

who diagnosed you? how did you know you had it

it was the pysciatrist that put me on the lithum. i guessed i had it after looking for informantion as im sure i wasnt just depressed for 3 years as i had manic highs. the pysc just confirmed it. hope that helps xx
