Dh has gone to take the kids to his parents and is then going to Homebase for something and I want him home. He isn't answering his phone and I just don't want to be on my own right now. Feel like a panic attack might come on.

Ok, what's brought the panic on?

He isn't answering maybe because he's driving. What will we talk about?

Nabster, can you focus on what your dh has gone to homebase for? Are you doing something special to the house? Can you phone his parents?

It scares me that things just come out of the blue.

Over Xmas when I was talking to my first love and my head was all over the place, it feels a bit like that again, but we are not talking. I think if I wasn't so depressed I wouldn't have gone so crazy over him and at the moment I can't separate the two. I miss him, but more I miss how much easier things were back then, and I am scared I will never get through this.

We are going to Homebase together now to look for tiles to do the en suite. DH's dad has very kindly given us some money and the paint is peeling off the walls so it seems a good place to spend the money.

Will I get better?

Yes, you will. Put Samaritans on speed dial and call them whenever you feel panicky until the feeling's gone. Keep posting on here and asking for help/distraction/whatever.

thanks, as always
